Shipping & Returns

At USHBA, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to help you get it right.

1. 14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return an item, please notify us at info@ushba.nl within this window.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

  • Original State: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • No Outdoor Use: We cannot accept returns on gear that has been used outdoors (e.g., mud on boots, campfire smell on apparel, or scratches on hardware). Test your gear at home, not on the trail!

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us: Send an email to info@ushba.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack it up: Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging.
  3. Ship it: Send the package to our return address (provided via email). Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Did your gear arrive with a manufacturing defect? Please contact us immediately at info@ushba.nl with photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
