If your gear isn\u2019t exactly what you expected, we\u2019re here to help you get it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. 14-Day Return Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day you receive your order to decide if the product is right for you. If you wish to return an item, please notify us at <strong>info@ushba.nl<\/strong> within this window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Condition of Returned Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Original State:<\/strong> The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tags Attached:<\/strong> All original tags and packaging must be intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Outdoor Use:<\/strong> We cannot accept returns on gear that has been used outdoors (e.g., mud on boots, campfire smell on apparel, or scratches on hardware). <em>Test your gear at home, not on the trail!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How to Start a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email us:<\/strong> Send an email to <strong>info@ushba.nl<\/strong> with your order number and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pack it up:<\/strong> Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ship it:<\/strong> Send the package to our return address (provided via email). <em>Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/em> We recommend using a tracked service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within <strong>5-10 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Did your gear arrive with a manufacturing defect?
